The first internet was born in the sixties. It wasn’t as fast but it was useful! IT was mostly used for the military, scientist, doctors, educators, and government to transfer information within their group. Mosaic, a free browser program was introduced to the public in the 1990’s. It allowed the public to access online content. It was designed by Marc Andreesen and Eric Bina.
During the 1990’s, the computers worked through telephone lines. Documents were viewed in HTML’s where everyone can see them if they are online. These first sites had a lot of text, little color, and very few pictures if any.
